If you’re ultimate goal is to be “skinny” or “thin” you’re in the wrong place. I coach people into sustainable habits designed to support your quality of life and longevity.

Depravation diets TAKE energy from your body and are not sustainable.
We work together to reset your food habits and routines, eliminating processed food and alcohol and significantly reducing (and in most cases eliminating gluten, dairy and sugar from your daily diet.

This journey is ultimately about self-regulation. I ate because I felt unloved, rejected, overwhelmed, and exhausted. I ate as a way to care for myself because I hadn’t yet found real ways of caring for myself.
My coaching will focus on learning to articulate and ask for what you need, supporting you in regulating your emotions and making it easier to regulate what you put in your body.

I didn’t want to stop eating. I truly didn’t know what joy would be left in my life without food to fill in the place of me that felt so empty.
Together, we will learn how you feel satiated by your life, not from just food.
Food gets to be mostly fuel and sometimes fun. I can say with 100% confidence that this is possible with support and dedication to your self.
HOW IT WORKS
Sustainable change takes time. Satiated coaching is a four-month commitment, and many people choose to continue on after the initial four months. The coaching and resources are designed to motivate and support healthy, energy-sustaining habits that fuel your body.

Weekly 45-minute coaching sessions + and a Slack thread where you can reach me for quick motivation or advice.

This is NOT a “get skinny quick” plan. We will do this the real way, but completely overhauling our toxic, rebellious relationship with food. This means no alcohol, gluten, sugar, and very limited dairy for the first 4 months of the program. It also means cutting out processed food for what I’m hoping will be forever. After you feel, we will decide together what integrity looks like with these substances.
